Simple privacy policy.
This document explains what data is collected on the website and how it is handled. Last revised: 2026.
The controller of personal data collected on this website is RFAS Unipessoal Lda. For any privacy-related matter, you can get in touch by email at geral.rfas@gmail.com.
Only the data the user chooses to send through the contact forms: name, email, phone (optional), service of interest and message. No browsing data is collected for advertising purposes, and the website uses no tracking cookies.
The data is used solely to reply to the contact request, prepare a proposal or provide clarifications about RFAS services. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing.
Data is kept for the period strictly necessary to follow up the request, or for the period legally required in the event of an actual engagement. The user may request deletion at any time.
Under the GDPR, the data subject has the right to: access their data, rectify incorrect data, request deletion, object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, simply email geral.rfas@gmail.com.
The website is a set of static HTML pages, with no user database. Fonts are served locally from the site itself — no requests are made to external servers. The contact form uses PHP mail() on the server to send the message to RFAS's email address.
