Two or three lines are enough to start. RFAS replies with a practical suggestion — even if it's to say the simplest solution doesn't involve RFAS.

More information, better answer.
No formal brief needed. An honest description of the problem, the goal, and — if there is one — a sample file already helps a lot.
- Describe the service or process you want to improve.
- State the main goal: save time, reduce errors, better online presence, control data.
- Mention existing files (Excel, Word, PDF, CAD) if it helps.
- Say whether you already have a domain, hosting, official email or tools in use.
