§ 01 Typical problem
FIG. S1-01Survey · diagram
Wall section with infiltration diagnosis — damp survey annotations
Annotated survey section — infiltration through cracking and deficient waterproofing at the coping detail.

There's a pathology to diagnose, ground to classify, an asset to inventory.

Every technical project has a moment when it needs an external pair of eyes, with technical grounding and the availability to look carefully at the specific problem.

It might be a survey of damp or infiltration, a one-off geotechnical analysis, support with energy certification (Flanders/EPB), OTL asset classification, or simply technical support during a specific project phase.

§ 02 Concrete example
Case · S·01

Infiltration survey on a house — report with causes and recommendations.

An owner had recurring damp patches on a wall and didn't know the source. On-site inspection, survey of the critical points, identification of the cause (infiltration through cracking and deficient waterproofing at the coping detail), and a report with recommendations in order of priority.

Deliverable · survey report with photographs, diagnosis and recommendations. Fee · fixed amount agreed beforehand.

§ 03 Deliverables

What comes out of it.

Every project is different, but these are the typical types of deliverables. They combine according to scope.
